Dommer presentasjon Maja Korošec – 2026
Since my early childhood dogs have been an important part of my life. My first dog was a black Poodle, I was 7 years old and I was the happiest child in the world when I got her.
I became more seriously involved in the dog world when my husband and I started showing and breeding in the nineties. I also competed in agility. We became very active in several dog clubs and dogs quickly became our main hobby and occupied almost all our spare time. I have a master’s degree in pedagogics and completed also studies in economics and psychology. I work in mental health field.
We breed and show German Spitz – Miniature and Keeshond under Moetica and Mylegend prefix. In the past we have owned and/or bred numerous national and international Champions, European and World Winners in different breeds: besides Miniature German Spitz and Keeshond also Papillon, Coton de Tulear, Bearded Collie, Tibetan Spaniel, Scottish Terrier, Kerry Blue Terrier, Australian Silky Terrier and Samoyed.
I have had different positions at the Slovenian Kennel Club and several breed clubs. At present I am the president of the Club for Nordic Breeds and Spitz of Slovenia, the vice president of the Toy Club of Slovenia and a board member of the Terrier Club of Slovenia.
I became a judge in 2001 and since 2025 I have been an all-breed international judge. I have judged in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Russia, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden and of course in Slovenia.
